Richard Peck –Estate Agency Manager (Chorlton)
Richard has worked in estate agency for many years having gained great experience in a large corporate firm where he began as a Sales Negotiator. He successfully progressed to becoming a successful Valuer working along side Phil, where they ran a highly successful local Estate Agency office. Richard was later made Manager of a number of further offices gaining further experience in all aspects of the job and developing a successful customer service based team.

Richard was attracted to Pennine Kennedy due to their forward thinking mentality. Most estate agents claim to offer an ‘all under one roof’ policy however, Richard realised this is actually true with Pennine Kennedy. He has learned first hand the importance of having solicitors at hand, as he has managed to complete on difficult transactions that would normally have fallen through. This would have cost clients money, wasted precious time and ultimately caused great disappointment. Richard is committed to meeting the needs of each and every client providing them with honesty and the service standards he would expect himself.



Phil Robinson – Estate Agency Manager (Sale)
Phil has worked in Estate Agency for approximately 16 years, of which 14 years have been in the sale area where he has gained extensive local knowledge and an excellent reputation. Phil has lived in Sale and Timperley all his life and previously worked for a large local cooperate Estate Agency.

Phil was attracted to Pennine Kennedy as it provided an opportunity to develop a successful ‘all under one roof’ service. This would enable clients to proceed straight to completion once they had sold their home. This process will reduce their costs and worry as they only have one company to deal with. Phil is committed to meeting the needs of each and every client providing them with honesty and the service standards he would expect himself.
